Refund Policy

Deposit

Your $100 deposit holds a session.  All pricing will be negotiated and determined by both parties with agreements executed before any session begins.   Your deposit is non-refundable after execution of the agreement takes place but is refundable before the agreement is executed.  Once executed, you, the client will be responsible for all terms and conditions therein.

Refund Policy - the basics

The session is non-refundable.  If some technical issues develops resulting in an outcome the client determines unsatisfactory or is  a complete failure to produce a product, Proof Images will offer you an full re-do on the session at no session cost to you.  You must agree that sometimes circumstances are out of the control of Proof Image and agree to work together with to resolve any issues that may arise.
